The Enrolment Application Process
Any new family that is interested in applying to your independent school will sign-in to a simple, step-by-step process that completes the application and collects payments. Administrators will be able to track all of the applications in an easy-to-use back end system. You can track the date it was submitted, manage all data associated with the enrolment application, communicate with the family, and export data to a csv file for other marketing efforts. This is just the beginning. This will also act as your database for new and existing families. Forget about sending out fillable PDF documents or even accepting applications via email, snail mail or fax.
The Registration Process
Once a family has applied to your independent school, they will most likely go through an interview process. This can all be tracked in our system. Once a student’s application is approved, an administrator can accept it and the system will automatically open up the registration step, notifying the family by email. Every family will have their own, custom dashboard. The great thing is all of this data is managed in one area. Your school will be able to control every step and manage all of the data. Invoicing

Report Cards… This is a big one.
We have integrated an online, fully automated report card system that connects administrators, teachers and families. Administrators can create, assign and approve each term report card. Teachers will have their own, unique login which has their student list intact and ready to be marked! Teachers submit, administrators manage and approve! Families will be notified once a report card is completed. They will login to their custom dashboard and be able to see a complete history of every year. This will provide an online hub for all student report cards while allowing the family to retain this information.
